World Menstrual Hygiene Day
On 28th May 2022, Positive Circles marked World Menstrual Hygiene Day together with our partners Ahadi Pads, Mwanadada Initiative and Dada Mwenzangu.
We visited over 60 boys and girls from Tollen Community Education Center where we engaged in Menstrual Health and Hygiene education.
We also shared key information on menstruation, puberty, sex and pregnancy as information on these topics are often shrouded in shame and secrecy. We later distributed dignity packs to the girls.
