Positive Circles Under 25 members attended a three-day "Making Girls Money Savvy" Financial Literacy workshop led by Juliet Odhiambo and Shinobu Hindert from August 13th to 15th.

We learned the importance of having a positive money mindset, budgeting with the 50/30/20 rule, and aligning our finances with personal values.

Key lessons included setting financial goals using the SMART method, consuming credible financial content, and exploring investments like unit trusts and government bonds. The focus was on starting early to secure long-term financial freedom.
